My left knee creaks when I go up the stairs.

No other time does this occur.

No discomfort associated with this occurance.

Left knee? hmmm, mine is my right knee.  Sure you're doing the forms right?  Grin I suspect though, seriously, that it is aging catching up with you (does that sound better? Wink).  Try some of the supplements taht Alex has. They work pretty good.  Leslie

I will talk to AlexRex about it.

The interesting portion is that I noticed it when I lost all the weight.

perhaps some WD40 would suffice as well, my car is due for a change (discount for a twofer would be nice.)

Thanks,

Victor

Good evening,

I had a similar "sound" from my ankle (probably due to injuries in the past).  I worked on stretching but the more Tai Chi I practiced the less it cracked.  Now my joints don't crack.  I guess the Tai Chi helped in lubricating (oiling) my joints.

Regards,
Anthony

I've had really good results with Glucosimine Chrondoitin (spelling ?).
I was having almost constant ankle, knee and wrist pains, but now it's gone and the only thing I changed was adding the Glucosimine. The result was very fast.

Running cross country and track, running in combat boots in the army, and years of martial arts have all taken a toll on me. Being 41 doesn't help either  Wink
