Sorry to all, it seems my hotmail account has been hacked. Please don't open any emails from the lmgraham13@hotmail.com account. Once again, sorry.  Thanks Leslie

Fortunately for those using gmail, it filters out the virus. At least my gmail account did.

I opened the e-mail and saw it was spam--there's a link inside, probably the usual Canadian Viagra website--if there was a virus, it got filtered somewhere along the way.
A friend of mine got his account hacked and used to send similar spam--it happened when he used an unsecured hotel Wifi.

Yeah, I'm thinking Wisconsin.  What a pain though.  Take care and keep practicing!  Leslie

Practice is just walkthrough for the next few weeks--got my left foot in a boot--partially tore my peroneus longs tendon somehow...

Must have been either kibadachi (if your stance is wide and knees are over your feet, your feet are in extreme eversion) or jogging.
I don't remember an acute injury--it's been hurting with stress for about 1-2 years.
MRI showed a tear--hopefully immobilization will let it heal and avoid surgery.
Can't practice at all--it's driving me nuts...

Just walk through things. It's best if you have someone to teach also, that keeps you fresh!  Hang in there.  Leslie  Mits
